What are the program fees?
Many volunteer programs have high fees. We aim to keep our program affordable. We apply all fees to running the program as a non-profit venture.
2 weeks:
- Double room with A/C: $650 per person
- Single room with A/C: $750 per person
4 weeks:
- Double room with A/C: $950 per person
- Single room with A/C: $1050 per person
What’s included in the program fee?
- Pick up at the Chiang Mai airport and transportation to the hotel
- Lodging at a local hotel
- Introductory Thai language lesson
- Placement at a grade school in Chiang Mai
- Transportation to and from the school every day
- Suggestions for lessons
- Assistance with sightseeing planning for afternoons and weekends
- 24-hour support by a local Thai/English speaking person
- Transportation back to the airport at the end of the program
What additional expenses will I have?
- Airfare to and from Chiang Mai
- Meals ($5-20/day, depending on where you eat)
- Sightseeing excursions, massages, local transportation, and any activities not specifically included in the program
- Vaccinations, travel and health insurance, incidentals
